After a successful four-year college career at theUniversity of Nevada, Teige Morrell eventually landed in Australia where shewould carve a strong career at the NBL1 level. The multiple NBL1 MVP andAll-NBL1 awardee has parlayed her success into WNBL stints, most recently withthe Perth Lynx last season, where she played a key role off the bench to helpthe Lynx to a semi-final appearance. Her toughness, physicality and insidepresence will be crucial in the Caps’ bid to end their postseason drought this season.
