AIS Arena

Pre-Game Entertainment
- Shoot some hoops with BACT.
- Test your skills with Accelerate Physiotherapy.
- Get your face painted for free, thanks to Gerald Slaven.
- Collect a free team poster or player card from the info stand (1000 cards available with a new player each game).
- If it's your first ever Caps game, grab your First Game Certificate.
- Visit the TOAC Cultural stand.
Inside the Arena
- Head up the stairs to Level 1 and you’ll find life-size cut-outs of the entire Caps squad - perfect for selfies! Each cut-out includes a QR code where you can send “Player Mail” directly to your favourite player.
- Once inside, stop by the main merch stand for all your new-season Caps gear - located at the top of Section F. Merch will be available to purchase from doors open and will conclude fifteen minutes after the match. Pre-ordered jerseys can be collected from the merch stand once you’ve received your collection email.

Entering the Arena
- Doors open approx. 1 hour before tip-off.
- All attendees will be subject to a bag check upon immediate entry to the AIS Visitor Centre foyer.
- Members and general ticket holders: enter via Door 2, located upstairs on Level 1. Please have your ticket ready for scanning to ensure smooth entry.
- VIP and Corporate ticket holders: enter via Door 1 on the Ground Level.

In-Game and Post-Game Fun
The excitement doesn’t stop at tip-off - we’ve got plenty happening:
- Hungry Jack’s Cheeseburger Giveaway – if the opposition misses two free throws (so we need you cheering loudly!).
- Plenty of crowd cams to get everyone up and moving.
- Kids Dunk Comp thanks to ActewAGL.
- Shoot to Win a Car thanks to Gerald Slaven.
- Post-game player autographs and selfies on court.
Transport Information
- Parking: Car Park 5 has parking available for $10 (cash or card, with all proceeds going to Lions Clubs) and is located directly across from the AIS Arena, at the corner of Leverrier Street and Battye Street. This car park can accommodate cars and buses. Dedicated accessible parking facilities are available close to the AIS’ main entrances.
- Public Transport: The AIS Arena is served by public transport. If you are travelling from Belconnen Town Centre, catch the R9 bus stopping at Battye St opposite CIT Bruce. If you are travelling from the City, catch the R1 bus to Dickson, then the R9 bus stopping at Battye St opposite CIT Bruce. - Taxi/Rideshare: Request your taxi/rideshare service to drop you off at the AIS Visitor Centre entry on Leverrier Street.
Food and Beverage
- Hot snacks, packaged food and drink options will be available for purchase within the AIS Arena during the game.

Accessibility
AIS Arena is an accessible site, with lift access from the Ground Level of the Visitor Centre to:
- Floor seating (Basement Level)
- Door 2 (Level 2), for access to concourse seating
Accessible bathrooms are available:
- In the Visitor Centre (Ground Level), prior to entering Door 1
- On Level 1, prior to entering Door 2 (via Level 2 entry)
- Within the AIS Arena, at the northern end of both the floor and concourse
We strongly encourage patrons to leave prams and strollers in their car to allow smooth access to the venue, as there is no dedicated pram parking available.
