Zitina Aokuso Returns to Playing Squad

UC Capitals centre Zitina Aokuso will be back on the active roster and available to play in the Caps WNBL26 Round 5 matchup on November 15 against the Sydney Flames.

Aokuso injured her knee in the pre-season tournament and has spent recent weeks recovering with the UC Capitals high-performance partners.

‍

The 26-year-old centre reached her 100^th WNBL game in season 2023-24 playing all games at Townsville Fire where she is a two-time champion. Aokuso spent the 2024-25 season in Turkey and now returns to the WNBL with the Caps.
