The UC Capitals are set to take their story to even more Canberrans this WNBL season, with Amplify, Region Canberra and WIN TV continuing as Official Media Partners for the 2026/27 campaign.

With the Caps preparing to return to AIS Arena for the first time this season on October 17, the partnerships will help bring fans closer to the team both on and off the court, while shining a spotlight on the people, stories and community behind the club.

From game-day coverage and player features to community initiatives and the latest news from the Capitals, the three media partners will play an important role in sharing the Club’s journey throughout the season.

For the Capitals, the partnerships are about more than simply promoting games - they are about telling the stories that connect the team with the community it represents.

UC Capitals Executive General Manager Christy Collier-Hill said having strong local media relationships was an important part of growing the Club and its connection with Canberra.

“Our media partners play such an important role in helping us tell the story of the UC Capitals and the people behind our team,” Collier-Hill said.

“We’re incredibly proud to represent Canberra, and we want our fans and the broader community to feel connected to what we’re building - whether that’s following our athletes, getting behind our game days or seeing the impact we’re having in the community.

“Having Amplify, Region Canberra and WIN alongside us means we can reach more people and share more of those stories throughout the season.

“We’re really looking forward to working with our media partners again and bringing Canberrans along for what promises to be an exciting WNBL27 season.”

The Capitals enter the new campaign with a strong focus on building their connection with Canberra, with ten home games at AIS Arena across the 2026/27 WNBL season including the home opener against Bendigo Spirit on Saturday, October 17.
