UC Capitals guard Jade Melbourne has a finger injury that will require surgery. The injury occurred in the 4th quarter of the team’s match against the Perth Lynx on Tuesday night.
Jade will be re-evaluated in 4-6 weeks.
The UC Capitals have signed Tahlia Tupaea as an injury replacement player. Tahlia will be available for our match against the Sydney Flames tomorrow.
UPDATE: Forward Sara Blicavs will remain out of tomorrow's match against the Sydney Flames. Abby Solway will be in the active roster to replace Sara.
