The UC Capitals are excited to be extending their strategic and creative partnership with Canberra-based agency Supercurious, with the collaboration set to continue across the next two WNBL seasons.
Supercurious has played an integral role in shaping and elevating the UC Capitals brand since the 2018/19 season. Over that time, the partnership has helped bring the club’s identity to life through bold storytelling, innovative campaigns, and a strong connection with fans across the league.
UC Capitals Executive General Manager Christy Collier-Hill says the extension reflects the strength of the relationship and a shared vision for the future.
“We’re incredibly proud to continue our partnership with Supercurious for another two seasons. They’ve been instrumental in helping define who we are as a club, not just visually but in how we connect with our community,” she said.
“When it comes to brand execution, they are the best in the business, creating unforgettable moments for our fans - our game day opener video from last season being a great example of that.”
Collier-Hill said the extension comes at an exciting time for the club as it continues to build momentum both on and off the court.
“As we look ahead, we’re focused on building something that lasts - a brand and a team that our fans can be proud of. Having Supercurious alongside us gives us the confidence to keep evolving, keep innovating, and keep raising the bar.”
Supercurious Managing Director Warren Apps welcomes the continued partnership with the Capitals and looks forward to another big chapter together.
“The UC Capitals continue to set the standard in women’s sport, and we’re excited to keep building alongside them over the next two years,” he said.
“Our partnership is grounded in a shared belief in the power of storytelling and the importance of creating genuine connections with fans. There’s a real energy around where the Capitals are heading, and we’re proud to play a role in bringing that to life.”
